How to Apply

If you would like to apply for a place at The Langley Academy Sixth Form for September 2021, please follow the steps below.

  1. Download the Application Form and save it to your computer.
  2. Print the form out.
  3. Complete the form in full and remember to sign it.
  4. Return your application form by post to 6th Form Administrator at The Langley Academy.

You will need Adobe Reader to view the application form. If you do not have this installed you can download it from the Adobe website.

If you are not currently at The Langley Academy please ask your Form Tutor or Head of Year to complete the 'Reference for External Students' form below and return it to us.

Please note that all applications will require a reference to verify obtained/predicted GCSE grades and other key information. No places will be offered without a fully completed application form. Please print and complete the application form and return to the following address:
