New Till System

We are pleased to report that everything has gone well overall, and the system is functioning as expected.  As with any new system, we've encountered a few minor issues, particularly related to student allowances however, the team at CRB Cunninghams is actively working on a resolution.

That said, we are experiencing significant challenges with a small proportion of students who have either lost or have damaged cards. This is having a noticeable impact on the speed of service, as the restaurant staff have to manually look up students and register their purchases , which takes additional time.

Please can you check your child’s card at home this evening.  If the card is damaged, then a replacement card can be purchased from the TLA admin office, located in the reception office.  The cost of a replacement card is £2.00 and is payable by cash or parent pay.
